What's with five-years-old girls and dresses? I can't believe that every day girl in my daughter's kindergarten insisted on wearing dresses only, even in colder weather and even though they find it harder to play with their dresses on. A number of us mothers wanted our girls to wear pants and we approached the teacher who agreed to help us. She degreed that Fridays would be pants days, as an experiment to see if the girls would get used to wearing pants. within a few weeks, more and more of them, my daughter included, began to opt for pants on other days of the week, too
